When queing for a full server instead of waiting for the que at that screen I like to alt tab out and do other things while waiting, however over half the time I do it, when I tab back in my game has frozen and crashed. Unfortunately I was unable to reconnect to the match. But when I press alt-tab (set to switch windows), very often the VNC is disconnected and I have restart the VNC connection (remove /tmp/.X1-lock and /tmp/.X11-unix. I know this crashes source games sometimes and it did during a competetive match. Just click back on the SoT screen when you want to get back to it. My solutions: I have encountered this exact problem. This happens to me if I take a screenshot and alt-tab. My game has crashed when I've gone to change the settings from full-screen to windowed mode and vice versa. Now I can use other monitors with the game still running, I can even drag windows on top of SoT if needed. Make sure you change the settings before you start playing. I can play without crashing but as soon as I ALT-TAB or take a screenshot the game.

Is anyone experiencing the same thing or knows how to fix it Edit: Just found out that it also happens when I take a screenshot in game (F12). Accidentally did an alt+tab, returning to desktop. My workaround: press q for the tool wheel, bring my mouse over to another monitor. Since the recent update my game is crashing every time I ALT-TAB.
